Do you sling pizzas like a pro? O’Pazzo warmly welcomes you if you can take responsibility for our delicious Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas like no other. This means not only speed but also preparing with an eye for quality. Up to the O’Pazzo level! You keep an eye on the quality of ingredients and ensure that orders are placed, checked, and tidied up. Additionally, you get the chance to create (changing) pizzas and design the menu.

Good teamwork within the team is molto importante. Every day, you try to deliver an A-okay performance with the team. You close the evening with colleagues with a drink at the bar. If you’re hungry for variation, it’s also possible to work as a cook in the kitchen. It’s up to you!

What you can expect:

  •  Annual contract for 38 hours per week (less negotiable), with the possibility of indefinite employment
  • 5 weeks of vacation per year based on 38 hours
  • Overtime can be used as days off; if not, they will be paid

What we expect from you:

  • You have a passion for the Italian kitchen
  • You are communicatively strong and can work well in a team
  • You are stress-resistant, work in an organized manner, have a high work pace, and know how to switch when it gets busy
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a pizza maker or have completed education in this field
  • You ensure that the kitchen always looks neat
  • Experience in baking pizzas in a wood-fired oven is a plus
  • You are living in or around Rotterdam
  • You speak at least basic English; knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus
