My name is Alex and I was born in Geneve, Switzerland but I originally come from Portugal. My passion for cooking also started there! I was standing next to my great grand mother everytime she was in the kitchen. When I finally moved to Netherlands I was only 4 years old. I started my education to be able to cook professionally when I became 16. At my 2nd year I got the chance to do my internship voor 10 weeks here in O’Pazzo. This made me even more curious and passionate for cooking and decided to go further with my education. After graduating and having to work at other places I once again ended up here, where it all started:) The beautiful thing about O’Pazzo is that we get to work with fresh seasonal products and we make sure that you taste them in every dish in their pure value.
