I was born in Albania, grew up in Greece, where I first started working at the age of 14 years old in restaurants. Firstly I started working with tourists, at the beautiful islands of Rhodes, Kos, Mykonos, and many more. The reasons for working at such a young age, was to improve my language skills, my communication skills and the interaction with guests. I would look forward every summer when I had the summer break from my school, to go and work on another island. However, life did not have the best plans for me, therefore, I had to drop out of school and make my passion a full time job. After a while I moved to the Netherlands in 2012, where I started working at an Italian restaurant in The Hague. There I learned a lot about the Italian kitchen and self tought the Italian language as well. In 2015, I moved in the city of Rotterdam as a result of a love story and I was happy to hear that my interview at O’Pazzo was successful! I was told to start the very next day!:) Working at O’Pazzo, I learned everything about the ”next level” in dishes, pizza’s and wines. And now I welcome the oppotunity to practise my other passion ”film making and photography” to introduce this place to even more people through social media.
My Mojo: I never lose. I either win or learn.. “Nelson Mandela”.
