I was born in Hoek van Holland. I always loved being in my mom’s kitchen watching her creating products in to dishes and as I grew older it became even more interesting! It certainly played a role in creating the spark for joining the culinary school to learn the art of cooking at the age of 14. After getting the basics at school, the real work began! I’ve worked and learned at the same time in different kitchens to gain experience! After several restaurants I ended up in Restaurant O’Pazzo, making desserts with love, basically creating something unique and delicious out of nothing! We make everything ourselves with beautiful fresh products! The beauty of O’Pazzo is that you can escape from the bizar and unpredictable world where we live in and focus on the food you’re creating.
