Piacere, my name is Edoardo and I am from Sicilia. I graduated from high school while working in a pizzeria in my neighbourhood. When I turned 23, I decided to move to Holland as my best friend did a time ago. From that moment I worked in several different Italian restaurants as a pizzaiolo. Since 2015 I have the privilege to be part of the O’Pazzo family, where I can share my love for Italian food with my co-workers and last but not least, with our customers. If people have a good night out and leave the restaurant with a smile on their face, I know that I did my job right. And that is what makes me try to get the best out of myself every day.
