After my education and various internships in various companies, I worked for 3.5 years at La Duchesse in Schiedam. I have been working at O’Pazzo since 2001, first as a chef for 5 years, then 5 years as a sous chef and since then as head chef. At O’Pazzo I’ve gotten to know the Italian kitchen and particular products from regions: Only working with good quality products and letting a product in its value appeals to me the most in Italian cuisine. In 2011 I was offered the opportunity to become the co-owner of Restaurant O’Pazzo B.V.
