I’m just a Spanish guy, not much to say about me, I’m kind of shy:)) I grew up in the north of Spain in La Rioja. I finished my degree in law and worked for construction companies for a while. A few years ago I landed in Rotterdam with my girl, entered this restaurant with a simple line ‘I will do what I gotta do” and I was employed and trained to be the barman. Let’s be honest! It’s a peculiar place that actually suits my personality! After studying playing piano for far too many years I still like classical music.
