Born and raised in Rotterdam. I guess I was kind of born to horeca.. My grandfather worked at the Heineken factory, my mom was/is running a known pub in Kralingen where my father is acting as the chef. My first serious employments were at the age of 15 in my father’s kitchen and at 17 a couple of years of O’pazzo. I realized that the passion of serving guests, making them happy with the right energy, interest and good food was the way to go for me! To find out more about myself and the possibilities around me I popped in and out of different jobs and gained more experience. From organizing events to cooking, from tailor made dance shows to culinair food service I expanded my view on horeca. In November 2012 I refound my passion at O’Pazzo.
