Here I am again! Since 2017 back at O’Pazzo, as Sous Chef and now also as proud father of 2 beautiful kids:)I have been working in hospitality business since I was 16. I worked in many different companies from brasseries to top restaurants such as Ridderhof, Lickebaertshoeve, Sand, Vis en Traiteur and many more.. I was also involved first hand in starting up process of Grand Cafe ‘T Hoofd. The best part of my profession is that ”not a single day is the same” and certainly not at O’Pazzo! At the end I chose to be a cook ’cause I am in to creating, making things from scratch and O’pazzo is the place where you get to do that. From a simple dressing till ice-cream and only with fresh & top quality ingredients. At the end of the day that’s what matters the most to me, seeing people off through our door with satisfied faces.
